DELIVERY AND EXCHANGES

Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48Ā hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.

  • In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders of Rs 250, no matter how big or small your package is.
  • In Lahore, we ship through our in-house serviceĀ and can offer delivery within 2 business days. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.
  • For nationwide delivery, we useĀ severalĀ courier services.
  • The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.
  • For international deliveries you will need to contact us on aurablisspak@gmail.com and we can respond with shipping costs based on your destination.

Exchange Policy

AuraBliss has a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us in time:

  • It is in its original packaging
  • The seal of each product is intact
  • The packaging of the product has not been tampered with

*Please note that items bought during the sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received does not match the product that you have ordered.

How You Can Exchange An Item?

  1. Email us at aurablisspak@gmail.comĀ and request an exchange.
  2. Log in the reason for exchanging the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
  3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to: Aura Bliss Pak (Pvt) Ltd. Attention: Returns Department Address
  4. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address
  5. You will need to pay any applicableĀ shipping charges for the re-shipment.


Returns Policy

Aurabliss will fully refund (credit voucher) or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.Ā 

If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in the original condition
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
  • Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

How You Can Return An Item

  1. Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned
  2. Email us at aurablisspak@gmail.com to request a return, attach pictures of the product as well.
  3. Log in the reason for exchanging the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
  4. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to: Aura Bliss (Pvt) Ltd.Ā 
  5. We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returning item.
  6. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
